Where can the Gem fragments be acquired?
Gem fragments can be acquired when the dwarf blacksmith upgrades equipment using Gems or though Remove Gem.
The amount of Gem fragments acquired is Gems 2^(Gem Tier-1), of which the ratio remains the same from Tier 1 to 10.
