Making headshots on the zombies inflict great damage.

Move the Survivor up and down the screen to aim for the heads of zombies and shoot.

If you would like to practice getting better with headshots, start from close proximity of the zombies and move farther away once comfortable. 'Laser Scopes' can also be used for easily targeting from a long distance. Single shots have advantage over continuous shots for better accuracy.
